1985 Graduated from Beijing Film and Broadcasting University.
1985-1990 Reporter at Shanxi TV reporting national events. Awarded numerous national prizes for Televsion reports.
1990-1993 Sales manager for Draxler International Ltd, a U.K. based Exporter to China of Fibre Optic materials.
1993 Founded Tiger Industries Pty Ltd and acted as Managing Director. An agency set up for the Chinese distribution of Eich products from Germany and Detrick equipment from the U.S.A. Major clients included the major steel, float glass and coal industries.
1996 Appointed as a Director of the Chinese Institute of the Systematical Science.
1997 Appointed as A Commissary of the Shanxi Committee for Liaison with Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan, represented as a member of the standing committee of CPPCC.
1997 - 2005 – Founder and shareholder of eGlobal International Ltd with responsibility for all Chinese operations.
2005 – Present – Managing Director of eGlobal (Beijing) Ltd with special responsibilities for the development of iris recognition systems

Strong knowledge of all kinds of biometric identification technology such as iris and fingerprint recognition.
Expert in Modern Cryptography with good understanding of all kinds of Security Protocol and Encryption Algorithms.
Familiarity with research and development of all kinds of large Databases such as Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server.
Strong software programming skills ranging from Unix/Linux, program design through to C and C++.
Work Experience

1. 2004-Present - Project Manager of eGlobal Beijing Ltd., in charge of all research into iris security Identify System.
2. 2004-2005 Attended various research groups of the sub-object research of “video stream content protection” of 863 “High performance network” including video stream encryption, decryption, and public key distribution systems plus the operation support system of the entire 863 operationL platform.
3. In 2002, began the two-year PPKIP (Pilot Project and Knowledge Innovation Program) of the Institute of Acoustics of CAS (Chinese Academy of Science).
4. In 2000, attended AT&T International Cooperation five-year Program between CAS and America on “Chinese-English Speech Translation Research”.
5. Achieved outstanding academic progress whilst participating in the “Mandarin Continuous Speech Recognize Arithmetic Evaluation in 2000” organized by “973 Image, Speech, Natural Speech Understanding and Knowledge Dig” Expert Group of CAS. The program involved a Chinese syllable identification system. The system was a standard wav document adopting 16 kHz sampling inputs, 16 byte counting, and output Chinese syllable characters.
